Retro Gator Championships

The Retro Gator Championships will be held on January 30-31, 2015, at theraceway.biz in Melbourne, FL. Three car classes will be on the schedule of events and car rules will follow the IRRA^®rule set. The three classes are 4-1/2" stock cars, Can-Am, and F1.

January 29, 2015: Open track time, $10 track pass, track opens at 5 PM (this time may be moved forward).

January 30, 2015: Raceway opens at 1 PM, open practice on both tracks until 7 PM.
                              Tech inspection for 4-1/2" Stock Cars 7 to 7:30 PM.
                              Stock Car qualifying starts at 7:30 PM on the oval.
                              4-1/2" Stock Car Mains begin after qualifying.

January 31, 2015: Raceway opens at 8 AM.
Open practice till 9:30 AM.
Tech for Can-Am 9:30 until 10 AM.
Can-Am qualifying on the Hillclimb starts at 10 AM.
Can-Am Mains immediately after qualifying.
Open track for 30 minutes.
F1 tech.
F1 qualifying on the Hillclimb.
F1 Mains.

The race format will be similar to what GRRR typically runs. Qualifying will set the Mains with the top six qualifiers having a sit-out in the A Main. There will be two move-ups for each Consi.
