FastLane Raceway is 1 year old! We marked the day (11/1/08) by Retro Racing. I think we were too close to the Sano II to draw any out of town visitors, but the locals had a good day.

Grats to Guillermo on his dominating performances! It's neat to be able to look back on a year's worth of history and relive the fun!

Hey Andy,
Congrats on the first year. Thanks for posting your race results in the Midwest subforum.
Sorry we didn't get to talk at the SanoII. I had intended to sit down with you sometime during the weekend. Even though we were there for quite a few hours over the three days, it was kinda hectic.
We do still intend to put together some traveling races with your track included in the mix. Two of the original organizers, (Bob Oaks and myself) had health issues over the last several months that have occupied a great deal of our time. Bob is still dealing with cancer issues. Jack, Ray, and I are working on dates, etc.
We will have to talk further in the near future. Maybe you could post your upcoming Retro race dates, and we'll try to make it down.
Cheers, Ken
