As most of you know by now, Chris Gallegos, the owner with his wife Lenore of one of the most successful raceways in the country, Buena Park raceway, has passed away after being ill for the past few months. This is a very sad moment for all of us.

All of us at Slotblog.net would like to thank all of you, Slotblog members, friends, and all who have donated to this. Part of the money collected was used to purchase very nice flowers for the family, some of it will be used to defray part of the cost of the funeral that Lenore had to pay for, and a portion is behing donated to the Cancer Society to help them with research. This gift from you all is very appreciated. If other donations are received, we will add them to a fund that will be set for this purpose.
