This came up for sale in my area. I'm not big into slot cars yet, but I love European cars and vintage automobilia.

Very cool but not super desirable. I would say that it would retail for $75-$100 max in that condition. Just my opinion.
If I were you I would have no problem offering forty or fifty bucks just to clean it up and put it on the shelf to look at 
Best thing in the pic is the Aurora Pit stop in the back round. Is that for sale too? Any other Aurora goodies?

Your opinion is about right on, considering the rather poor condition of the outer packaging.
