Hi all,
I'm considering buying a car located at 8921 Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90034. This is a used car dealership.
I was wondering if someone who lives in that area could view the car in person for me. I'll be happy to pay you for your time.

Without volunteering yet.... this is in my backyard, so to speak...What is the name of the car dealership? It's on the edge of Culver City/LA border. There's been a huge redevelopment in that whole area and I can't think of a car dealer that would be there.
I might just perform a drive-by just to see what's there....

I googled the address and it seems to be Dennisbuyscars.com at 8931 Venice blvd. not 8921. Classic cars mostly. They had a 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV6 that looked interesting

On the way home tonight I made a pass of the dealership. Yes, it's real and the address is 8921 Venice. Unfortunately my drive-by was during heavy traffic and I couldn't stop for long. I took a few very quick pictures which I will upload later. The Alfa is in one of the picts....
Correction: The dealer's address on his website is 8931 Venice....I saw a 8921 on a building on his lot....

Hi Phil, The car is a 1967 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia, black in color. Dennis Buys Cars is the dealer. Just want a set of eyes on it. Photos are great but nothing like actually looking at it. Main concerns are serious rust under the floor boards or anywhere else for that matter. And it would be great if you could have them start it up and let me know how it sounds. Like I said, Happy to pay you for your time. Feel free to call or text if that's easier than replying here.
