So with the schedule showing the next race at Avon Park but it also says TBD. What's the deal with next month? Are we racing or not?

There won't be an FSCS race at Avon Park, but Ed and Marcus have been kicking around the possibility of having 9 races this year with 2 drops.  It would be 3 races at each of the 3 raceways.  The May race would be at P1. 

 

I imagine that there will be an official announcement pretty soon in regard to the May race date and confirming the remaining schedule.

Just curious, if a couple racers showed up at two tracks for racing would the series come to Avon Park after the second round?

That ship has sailed. But if there are some Avon Park locals that want to race Flexis, it seems like they would be attending the FSCS events. The rest would take care of itself.

What a shame no one from Avon Park is interested with anything else then Wing cars.

My advice to the guys at Avon Park is to come out and have some fun racing your toy cars .... just to have fun.

 

Things are a lot more fun when you're doing something because you want to opposed to doing it because you have to.

 

And showing up at the remaining six races this year would probably go a long way to earning a spot on the schedule in 2023.

It's not a shame Brian,it's a choice.Allthough we do have a group of 7 or 8 racing the JK flexis who really like it. Last night the state flexi rules were passed out to several people to let them know just what is required to run the 3 classes. A few showed interest. Wishing everyone a Blessed Easter.

Hey is anyone interested in catching a State Race Rules GTP race this Thursday night at Avon Park? Josh, Kyle and myself will be racing GTP and Jk Box Stock LMP, the weekly program. The more the merrier

Anybody looking for a Race next Thursday night, there is going to be a group of us Racing Jk Boxstock LMP cars and State Race GTP at Avon Park on June 30th if anyone wants to catch a Race. Josh No Angle Cut gears in Boxstock, Mark you need to take the B52 arm out of your Hawk7, I tried my best to run my box to track car with yall's Race cars last time. Mark I hope to see more Tomahawk chops and 00 Thursday Night.
