What kind of paint should I use on a commercial track. I will be using for touch up. The tracks are currently black. I am not sure yet if I will be using Tire glue on the track yet.

Also for painting the stripes what kind of paint? i might repaint the lines.

I have heard Epoxy paint but I am not sure where to find it in black then lane colors?

Can't help on the black, but One Shot sign paint is good for striping the lanes.

If you are handy with a router you could utilise lane colour plastic strip inserts such as what MrTrax uses on his tracks:

MT-LCORANGE 4.0mm x 2.0mm Lane colour strips

If its an Ogilvie, it is probably an old epoxy paint. I think it was the rust oleum 5300.

We just painted the slots in our track during rebraiding and used a Sherwin Williams water based epoxy.

It worked quite well and gave a good surface for the 3M tape and contact cement to adhere to.

High Performance - 5300 System Water-Based Epoxy   This is what usually went on the surface of the majority of our tracks. Fot stripes i used just about any kind of solvent based paint. You can also use latex paint for the stripes on this epoxy  but only if you put them on within 24 hours. After the epoxy is cured the latex does not stick very well.
