I got this in a ebay lot but have never seen one before. Shown next to a koford and marked hi speed 25. 3/32 bore and 48 pitch. Thesemay be more rare than Parma crowns. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

looks like it is marked Hi Speed.

 

Could be Bill Taylor HI-Speed Products, but I have never seen one.
