I'm sure you're referring to the Wing Car event here, but the Western States for the SCRRA Retro classes will be held on the 4th weekend of July, the 22nd, 23rd and 24th.

Those are the Wing W/S dates July 29th OMB tech 6pm 30th HBB Tech 10am 27L Tech 1.5 HRS after end of HBB
31st TMO Tech 10am G7 tech 2hrs after end of TMO
