Seven slot-heads showed up to race Super Stock and Early Modified at STR on 5/30/22. The Holiday weekend thinned the crowd.
In the Early Modified race, Joe crushed the field. Although not the fastest car, an extremely high consistency of 96.51% won the day. Meanwhile, Bob and Mark battled for second place. In the end, Bob was second with 84.6 laps with Mark about a half lap behind.

In the Super Stock race, the battle for podium spots was between Joe, Ron and Bob. Joe’s Chevelle was the quickest in the field but Ron ran a much more consistent race. In the end, it was Joe, Ron and Bob for first through third respectively.
