As you might have seen in a previous TechTip the magnets were not securely held in place and could move inside the can. This would slow down the performance of the motor and it would not run as fast. In this episode I fix the magnets in place and explain the techniques to ensure they remain fixed for a long time.

Please understand that I am trying to show how you can service a motor with minimal specialist tools.
