but.... instead of Pizza this is a Hackett family favorite. I know some people have a problem with lamb but it's the only way to eat this. Beef or pork doesn't have the same taste. Too bad the bakery that made this is long out of business (gentrifying neighborhood and rents)... Now it looks like East Hollywood (yes, it's a thing) is the place to go for this... it looks disgusting but is super good!

I don't have the recipe *right now* but I'll get it soon and post it. I'm guessing New Zealand lamb would be fantastic to use on this. We (the family) never made it because this bakery made them so good why bother?
