I would like to thank everyone who participated in this. There were many great ideas we liked. These are the first four of the GTP-D2 design for Womps. If the class gains interest, more deisgns will be made and winning names will be chosen. These names are in no particular order.

 

Names we liked and may use in the future are;

 

Sabre - Mike Swiss

Troglodyte - Jason Martin

Cyclone/Coyotee - Bill Sietz

Stilletto - Dave Pelisser

Liscio - Mike Reiberman

Tempest - Jim Honeycutt

While Jim didn't exactly come up with the name Scorpion or Tempest, he did offer subject matter that directly inspired me to the name. By my thinking, he gets the credit.

 

I also want to give credit to Dave Deuble who suggested the class name GTP. I extended it into GTP-D2 in recognition.

Really nice, Brian, and thank you! The cockpit also helps brace a really weak area in most bodies, particularly ones that don't have an air control kit attached.

 

Now I'm going to have to build a small wire and brass chassis for the body. I haven't done anything in 1/32 in a while.
