Here is the Gator Region Retro Racing (GRRR) schedule as of Aug. 16, 2023...
 

Notes:
1) There will be a new fee schedule for the races/pit passes as follows:

    $15/race + $8 Pit Pass (if all races are entered the pit pass is free).

 

2) The races may not be run in the order shown below.  Check the specific GRRR race advertisement for full up-to-date details.

 

3) The Can-Am race to be held in N. Tampa on May 21 may be run on the Tri-Oval with the flat infield section in place.

 

4)  At the Vero Beach Raceway only:

     Pizza will be available at the track but if that's not your thing a local Subway will deliver lunch. However you have to pre-order.

     Please call the Vero Beach raceway at (772) 777-1200 to place the order which must be in by 4:00pm Monday, August 14.

     It is $10 per meal which includes a sandwich (choice of turkey, ham, or roast beef), chips, drink, and a cookie.

 
Sun.  Jan. 22 - P1 Raceway -- GT Coupe, Can-Am, Stock Car --- (all races on the Hillclimb track)
Sun.  Feb. 26 - Daytona ------- Stock Car, Can-Am --- (all races on the King track)
Sun.  Mar. 19 - Fast Eddies --- Stock Car (Tri-Oval), Can-Am (Hill Climb), F1 (Hill Climb) 
Sun.  Apr.  30 - Vero Beach --- GT Coupe, Can-Am, Stock Car --- (all races to be run on the King track) 
Sun.  May 21 - North Tampa -  Stock Car (Tri-Oval), GT Coupe (Orange), Can-Am (Tri-Oval w/infield?)

Sun.  Jun. 25 - P1 Raceway -- GT Coupe, Can-Am, Stock Car --- (all races on the Hillclimb track)
Sun.  Jul.  23 - Daytona -------- F1, Can-Am --- (all races on the King track)
Sat.  Aug. 19 -Vero Beach ---- GT Coupe, Can-Am, Stock Car - (GTC-Hillclimb, Can-Am-King. Stockcar Tri-oval or Hillclimb)
Sat./Sun. Sept. 23/24 - Fast Eddie's Southern Retro Rumble: Pirellis Park, FL:

                                     Saturday: GT Coupe (Hill Climb), Stock Car (Tri-Oval)  

                                     Sunday: Can-Am & F1 (Hill Climb)

Sun. Oct. 22 - Deland (Jay's track), Second Annual Petite Sebring Four-hour Enduro, (Slot Shop Team vs. Slot Shop Team, no points)

I'm loving this schedule it doesn't interfere with the out of state races I'm going to this year.

The races at Daytona we are running only two classes? All of the races at the other tracks three classes.

Yes, this is due to an expected large turn-out, later starting time, track size (6 vs.8 lanes), venue closing time, and track owner preference.  As always the schedule is somewhat flexible as this is just the beginning of the season and it's quite possible it could change a bit so please check the above schedule (Post #1) for any changes before coming to the race.

 

Post #1 of this thread will be updated as soon as we learn of any needed changes so check often.

At Fast Eddie's in March the F1 class will run on the hillclimb with can-am?

 Yes, F1 (and Can-Am) will run on the Hillclimb for the the March race.

GRRR racers......please note that the race in March at Fast Eddie's Slot Cars and Raceway will be held on Sunday the 19th.
I see that there was a mention of it being moved to the 26th but that's not happening.
We look forward to seeing everyone in March on Sunday the 19th.

Please Note: The GRRR race in Vero Beach that was scheduled for Sunday April 16th will now be on Sunday April 30th due to a conflict with the Wing Car Series.
