Celebrating the acquisition of my free $20 K S hat at Popeye's.

A little earlier, I was surprised to see K&S, after all these years, finally got a sign on their building.

PS - After looking at my finished post, it almost appears I photoshopped the K&S logo on the building.

I didn't.

My mom always baked scratchbuilt biscuits. The one in the photo looks like it was cookie cutter cut.

I'd be more concerned with what is under the crispy coating.

I guess the sign is an indication that K&S are going to stay around for a while. Good thing, I use their brass and piano wire for all my brass builds, in slot racing and model railroading both.

Not Popeye's, but relevant to the conversation (I think):

I am not a doctor, but I played one as a child with the girl next door.
