Sunday's D3 Hardbody races at Buena Park Raceway were a lot of fun and close racing to start the new year.
The GTP race was closely contested with a lot of close racing and much less crashing compared to December's race.
Jim Lane won with Keith Tanaka not far behind in 2nd and Phil Nyland in 3rd just ahead of Eddie Shorer. The Racer Handicap podium had Walter Baynes 1st, Rick Jocham 2nd and Doug Jacks 3rd.
The Mixed race saw Hector Gonzalez drive his WRC car to 1st with Jim Lane 2nd and Doug Jacks 3rd. The Racer Handicap podium had Walter Baynes 1st, Doug Jacks 2nd and Paul Kabot 3rd.

The next D3 Hardbody races on Sunday, Jan.29, 2023 at BPR. BPR opens at 10 am, GTP race at noon followed by a quick lunch, then the Mixed race.
The "Hardbody Truck Enduro" will held on Sunday, April 16, 2023 on the BPR flat track. It's time to build a truck and start forming your enduro team!
