Great-looking car. Drive it carefully, Rodney.
Or this could happen. What a shame.

Thanks, Martin. The real car was crashed and repaired before. It will be repaired again.

Beautiful job, Rod. That chassis goes really well with the car – but you should have used a 36D with all that headroom!
How does it run?

Rod,
Try to ignore that last criticism, Rod. Don just turned 71 and you know how cranky old curmudgeons can be. Maybe he's now retired and has too much time on his hands...
LOL.

Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

Don could have said put a DC-85 in that 'Breadvan'..
I intend to live forever! So far, so good.

Great model, Rodney
I actually drove the car in the paddock at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. It was a Ferrari Club of America regional meet, and Joe Marchetti had brought it, along with several other cars, when he owned it. I was working tech that year, and Joe was taking another car through the line. He asked me to go get the Breadvan, so I did.

You could carry a lot of bread in this Ferrari!

Nice
Don't know how you turn out so many cars, amazing.
Any car with a clear hood scoop is tops in my book.
I see those Riggen kidney bean wheels hiding behind those Monogram inserts.
Every time I see that word "Kamm" my mind wanders back to the wonderful Vega Kammback wagon.
What a fine automobile

I'm sure Ferrari wanted everyone to see that beautiful Testa Rossa engine.
I had a Vega GT way back. I was able to pick up one of the Cosworth Vega engines, and had a lot of bright ideas for the car. I pulled molds off the fenders, hood and nosepiece so I could make a fold-open front end for it. The project became stillborn due to other projects I had. So I sold the molds to a fiberglass company that made one-piece fronts for shoebox Chevies. And soon we started seeing big V-8s stuffed into heavily tubing re-inforced Vegas.
