We had a good turnout with 21 racers.
.

We ran three seven racers mains using overall total lap format.
7 racers in the 2.9s. Lots of 3.1s. You had to be low 3.1s to be in the B Main. A hi 3.1 puts you in the C main.

Concourse went to Bob Ricca.

C MAIN

Red Chase Morgan, White Andy Stapars, Green Roy Lievanos, Orange Tim Wood, Blue Charlie Nelson, Yellow Don Haase, Purple TJ Albu

C Main was a bit rough on cars. At one point there were only 4 drivers but eventually back up to 7. In the end there were 6 racers in the last heat. A nice steady run by Charlie Nelson earned him first place (2nd overall) a distance back was Tim Wood 2nd and Roy Lievanos 3rd.

B Main

Red Bob Ricca, White Garret Sisk, Orange Rick Dodge, Blue Earl Wilson, Yellow Jeremy Pyles, purple Alex Freund, Black Jim Lange

B main laps were lower than expected. Mostly due to offs. In the end there were 6 racers. Rick Dodge first, Jim Lange second and Alex Freund third.

Red Sam Rackham, White Rich Curnutte, Green Joe Chevy Cormier, Orange Jeremy Marquette, Blue Rick Linn, Yellow Joe Gallagher, Purple Duran Trujillo.

A main. This was one great race. I have not seen a closer Retro Pro race like this for a while. A very good race by all racers. Lead changed several times. In the end Sam Rakham 1st, Rick Linn second, and Richard Curnutte 3rd

There was a discussion on possible motor changes prior to Qualifying.
It was decided by racers to continue using only Pro Slot Motors. This includes Pro Slots new can which I believe is replacing the current. Old can can be modified to same EXACT standards as the new can. (cutting center section only) Axle clearance allowed. Rulebook to be updated shortly.

Thanks to all racers supporting this growing class. Always great to spend time with racers traveling from Utah, Washington, Arizona, Nor Cal , San Diego and Ohio.
Thanks to the Piranha staffs help and parts inventory.

Lastly, A big thanks to race Director Bill Vanderziel keeping everyone in check.

You are correct. It has been corrected. Unfortunately the A main final dropped to the bottom of page.
