March's D3 Hardbody races at Buena Park Raceway saw a new total lap record set in the Mixed race.
The first race of the day for GTPs had a field of 8 entries. Keith Tanaka was first followed by Phil Nyland and Eddie Shorer. The GTP "Racer Handicap" podium had Keith 1st, Phil 2nd and Walter Baynes 3rd.
The Mixed race had 10 entries. Hector Gonzalez won and also set a new total lap record for the "Under 2 Liter Trans Am" class driving his Corvair. Phil Nyland was 2nd and Eddie Shorer 3rd.
The "Racer Handicap" podium had Bob Ahulii first driving a Gonzo built WRC, Gonzo was 2nd and Walter Baynes was 3rd (also driving a Gonzo built Short Track '50 Ford).
