Sunday's D3 Hardbody Races at Buena Park Raceway had a good turnout of racers even though several regular racers were not present.
The GTP race had 12 entries. Phil Nyland was 1st, Keith Tanaka 2nd and Doug Jacks was 3rd. The "Racer Handicap" podium had Mike Tipps 1st, Bob Brown 2nd and Jim LaBarba 3rd.
The Mixed race had 16 entries so we ran two races with 8 entries each. After running two mixed races, the results were combined to determine the final mixed race results.
Phil Nyland was 1st driving a Mini Cooper, Mill Conroy was 2nd (Can Am McLaren), Doug Jacks was 3rd (Porsche 934). The "Racer Handicap" podium had Bob Brown 1st (Short Track Mustang), Nathan Williams 2nd (NASCAR Truck) and Mike Tipps 3rd (NASCAR).
