Years ago, when I was still GM at Koford, one of us figured out this was the brush that handles strong acid flux the best.
A couple of drops of flux in an old tire cap or bottled water cap works great.
You should toss the cap periodically as the exposed flux seems to lose some of it's pizazz after a while.
PS - before I use it, I usually trim off a 1/3 or 1/2 of the bristles with a sharp pair of scissors.

Thanks guys.
I use a hobby swab to apply rosin flux but I don't want a separate brush for acid flux (see my flux setup below) and since, as James pointed out, the replacement Lucky Bob's brushes are so reasonably priced, I'm going to ask my local raceway to order them.

The holes were made with a 1 1/8 paddle bit.
The little jar (from the art supplies dept. of a craft store) is a press fit in the 1 1/8 hole.
In order to make the acid flux bottle a press fit, I increased the bottle's diameter by adding a layer of masking tape around it.

I just use a small screwdriver to apply, it gets slowly eaten by the flux....

I use the little tube left over after the bristles are GONE!! Works just fine and never wears out!

I stuck a 1" length of clear spring insulation in the squirt nozzle of a bottle Stay Clean flux years ago for placing pinpoint drops of flux. I use a red cap from an old pinpoint oiler to keep it capped when not used. This arrangement allows me to use a flux brush less often.
I intend to live forever! So far, so good.

I use medical applicators, cheap and disposable.
