I've seen the chrome plated "hard neos" but not sure if I can identify the poly neo variety since some hard neos "I've heard" are unplated. If anyone from the community can help me with this identification process it would be greatly appreciated. I am using magnets for rebuilding from worn out motors and need clarification. Thanks!

Hard neos are chromed. Chrome comes in reflective black, charcoal, and mirror.

Poly Neo has black paint on them

Doesn't have to be, just get it within 3' of a piece of steel and you'll know!   :laugh2:  :laugh2:
