Coincidentally my plaza is going through an extensive remodel , spurred mostly by the WingStop going in on the end oppisite of where I'm at, which I'm pretty sure is also owned by my new landlords.

 

Previously, this end of the building looked exactly the same, the whole span of it, as it does from the left of the new opening/window.

OMG! you've discovered Denton's own Bret Crow! the guy is a musician par excellence, focusing mainly on bass guitar. and he writes the most hilarious songs. here's some examples of his schtick. I highly recommend you spend some time checking out his stuff on YouTube!

The driving force with my new roof and the extensive facade remodel, my new landlord's WingStop, finally opened last Wednesday.

 

With X-mas eve, and things being pretty quiet, I thought I would finally try their food.

 

I enjoyed it.

 

They are 95% done with the remodel.

 

Just some logistical issue with capping the facade.

 

The good news for me is the new facade looks like it will work with my previous sign from Downers Grove, which I saved. 

 

For people who haven't been to my raceway, my space is mostly double the width of the front.

 

IOW, the Pizza Hut space only goes back about 1/3 or 40 % of the 120 ft total. length of the building.

 

My sales counter and King track is essentially behind Pizza Hut.

I stayed open too late today on Super Bowl Sunday, in a plaza with a place that sells wings.

 

I'm not sure if I'll make it out of the parking lot alive. Lol
