[Slot Car Rod]

In my opinion, '63-'67 Corvette model cars are natural to customize.  Here are three Corvettes that started out as stock versions.  Scoops and flairs are made of sheet styrene.

 

All three have Monogram chassis and 36D motors.  Two of the motors have low voltage factory armatures and one has an MPC armature.

 

Mag wheels are Dynamic and Ulrich.

 

The cars are fun and easy to drive.

Great looking Vettes! There are so many versions from the 60’s 1:1 world that the options are wide open. In 1/32 AMT Scale Stars series makes a slot car ready plastic body. I’ll post a couple of mine on the 1/32 Racing section as they are not vintage cars even though the body molds are.
