K&B. That's also a K&B guide and the front arrangement with "cart steering," is typically K&B.
Looks like a Pittman DC704 motor, although Ram made something similar.

and Strombecker 426(?) was similar to the Pittman. Main ID factor is the Armature..

The Ram was the 426 Larry. The Strombecker was the Devastator, or the Destroyer, or the Discombobulator, or something like that - and it always had red epoxy around the commutator connections.
