Who made this funky brass chassis with maybe a Pittman motor?

K&B. That's also a K&B guide and the front arrangement with "cart steering," is typically K&B.
Looks like a Pittman DC704 motor, although Ram made something similar.

and Strombecker 426(?) was similar to the Pittman. Main ID factor is the Armature..
