A few similarities with the Bandit, but otherwise don't recognize it.

Looks like a standard Testors chassis, with their Turbo Mk III motor, the one that had the Pittman style brushes. According to PdL, this combo was used on their second Harrison Special, and they sold a separate chassis/motor combo like it. There was a sidewinder chassis with this motor used on one of their last products, a nice Ferrari P4 Spyder. A similar inline chassis was used on their F1 cars with a 26D motor.
