The new awesome Piranha Flat track has been up for a while now and saw 8 Retro racers last Saturday for F1 and Can Am with everyone slowly starting to get the hang of it!
F1 Results F1 saw a good race with Dale 1st, Bryan 2nd and Bill 3rd.

Can Am had the same 8 racers....
Can Am Results Dale once again on top but a dogfight for 2nd with Bryan, George and Tim all separated by feet with Mill not far back! Great run by George and Tim! Dale and George both getting under 6.00 seconds in the race!

Next Retro race at Piranha will be the Cukras Zimmerman "Festival of Speed" on April 25-29. IRRA, SCRRA and flexi car racing with 7 races over 4 days!
Lots of activity at Piranha with the USRA Scate Nats going on all this week!

It was probably a SCRRA Flat Track race and I believe they allow both to run at the same time. Given that the flat track is pretty new to everyone I suspect that at this point it's more the drivers than the cars that are making the difference. Once everyone gets experience on the new flat track I would think that the angle winders would be faster. It sure was that way last year at the FoS race we attended last year.
