I have one of these chassis which I am interested in knowing more about.

I think to remember that it was made or sold by Slick 7, and there are a lot of references to S7 parts in the instructions.

It was definitely a Slick7 product.  As I recall it was an attempt to make a durable rental car.  Kind of like a FCR that could take a beating.  It was suppose to be a "system" with special Slick 7 tires/wheels, gears, and almost all other parts needed to make a functional car.  The only item I don't recall Slick 7 making for Formula S was bodies.
