What is the difference between a Hawk 7 and a Hawk 7 Screamer motor?

From some quick research that took me to some previous Slotblog threads, it appears the "Screamer" versions of the Hawk 7 and Hawk Retro were special editions sold by PCH Parts Express. They are not official JK versions of these motors. Speculation was PCH had the magnets zapped or perhaps these were test selected faster motors out of large lots. As far as I can tell, PCH Parts Express no longer sells them. If you're really interested in what was different about "Screamer", I'd suggest contacting Scott at PCH.
