Some brands of ESC's  have working brakes and some do not .
Does anyone have any experience with these?
I plan on buillding a 4500KV flexi .

your brakes come from your controller - a 4500kv sounds pretty safe.

I've used SBM, DoSlot and NSR ecomms with various motors.  They all had brakes, no problems.

Speaking of brakes.

I am from a Radio Control background, where you have the ability to change some settings of the ESC.

Can the Brakes, timing and Frequency be changed and how ?

Thanks in advance for any replies,

Dennis
