I didn't know there was such a thing.
Maybe it's a recreation.

Pontiac GTO Coupe about 1969?

A convertible. That's rare. Got one in that but-ugly metallic turquois, with a white vinyl top, two blocks away on Hillside, first street west of Spring. Wouldn't be that color long if I owned it.

I remember seeing a hardtop GTO Judge at Westie's Drive-In when I was in high school back in '68. I didn't think too much of it at the time, although they were pretty rare even then.
Production numbers, according to Muscle Cars Illustrated.
1969 6,725 hardtops 108 convertibles
1970 3,629 hardtops 168 convertibles
1971 357 hardtops 17 convertibles

There were several GTO Judges at my high school when my brother was still going there. (I had already graduated. I used to have to pick up my brother after school).
The upper-crusty kids had them, along with Hurst-Oldsmobiles and Corvettes.
During my street racing days, there was one, in orange with the dark blue stripes, that usually showed up. I always beat him with my heavily modified Plymouth Road Runner. (I ran almost a full second faster in the quarter than he did). He had enough of that, and dropped the car off at the local Dragmasters shop, and told them to make an 11 second car out of it. They did. He had to sell his L-88 Corvette to pay for it. And he did beat me once. He got me when the flag dropped.
By the way, I used to put on a show at the high school on days when I had to pick up my brother. The kids loved my 500 foot burn-outs, and the way I fogged out the faculty parking lot.

That Pontiac Ram Air IV was a fairly potent package right out of the box.
A stripped-down, lightweight road runner was still tough to beat with my 2900# small block Ford Falcon.
Nowadays, a decent road runner is worth a fortune.

How many colors was the Judge offered?
I thought only the yellowish orange from Two Lane Blacktop.
I have seen the darker orange and a black, both of which looked good.

If there is only one convert in crystal turquoise, I would guess that a coupe in that color with white vinyl top would be pretty rare as well. Definitely a four speed, so I'll bet it is real.
He usually parks it in the street. Pretty risky considering how people drive in this area. But then, he usually comes away hard from the stop sign at my corner, like anyone else with a hot car. Sounds nice.
Has that lopey idle I like so much.

Years ago I had a 1960 Ford with a 292 and a lopey idle. It was the most noticible at a stop light.
However, I had nothing in it performance-wise, it just had a bent distributor shaft.
When I was asked what I had in it, I said a 292. they thought it may have been a built small block Chevy

I had an Isky 505 cam in the 'Runner. Very noticeable "lopey with a capital L". In case anybody wondered, how Isky makes cams;
