This jig is now ready for sale.

If you have 16D cans with broken holding tabs this is a convenient easy and accurate way to drill holes to use screws.

It includes Allen wrench to clamp motor in place.

Also includes center drill with depth stop to set depth correct every time.

I have nine ready to ship at $40 plus shipping. Prefer shipping to the lower 48.

I will honor the four folks from the original post. If you PM me we can exchange details.

Hi, are there any available?

I would be interested in a version of the tool to fit the Falcon size cans as well.

What is the cost? Can you make a version for the smaller cans like hawk and falcon?

Thanks for your interest Charles, check back to post #1 for full details.

I have one left at $40 +5 shipping.

P.M. me if you want it.

I do not know anything about mini cans I mainly focus on the vintage parts. So no plans to do jigs for those.

When Ron Hershman was rebuilding the Proslot Mini motors, i believe he also added can screws. He may already have a jig for that particular motor.
