Looking to repair about a dozen Cox thumb Controllers and need some parts.

Anyone have the brass piece the wiper and button is attached to? Seems like 1/16" brass or some sort of harder metal. I can make them, but it is easier just to buy them if available reasonably. Have to remove the burned out resistors and need to take it apart.

Check eBay. There's a bunch of Cox controller auctions on there.

It is parts and not controllers I am looking for. Or some info on removing old resistors from them.

Thanks

You want NOS. Old controllers might be your best source of the parts you're looking for. When were these parts last made? More than 25 years ago?

Actually, more than 50 years ago.
