Note: I forgot to post our last hardbody race for 2024!
The last D3 Hardbody race for 2024 was held Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024 on the Piranha Speedway flat track.
A turnout of 8 racers during this holiday season provided another fun day of hardbody racing in SoCal.
We ran the race with 4 racers at a time with the other 4 racers turn marshalling.
The "Mixed" race (Lap Differential) was won by Mike Tipps driving his fast GTP Porsche 962. Keith Tanaka was 2nd with his 1940 Jalopy, followed by Hector Gonzalez in 3rd with his Can Am Lola T70.
The "Racer Handicap" podium had Peter LaBarba 1st driving a NASTRUCK, Jim Wiseman 2nd driving a Porsche 962 and Mike Tipps 3rd driving his 962.
