N. Indiana racers Fred Fowler and David Salomon took over the management of Thazer Raceway in South Bend after the untimely passing of owner and founder David Geehring in 2019.
 
Thazer hosts a number of racing series, including the Michiana Slot Car Series (MSCS) and the The United States Slot Car Association (USSCA). They also have a well-organized calendar of local racing events.

 

The immediate plans are to continue operating Thazer Raceway in much the same manner as it has been for the last few years.
