"How can you visually tell that you have a "new" Hawk 7 motor?"

you cant tell...............but the new ones are much more consistent.......the brushes are softer and they break in much faster . Speed is the same ...................but definitely more consistent.

Not a "visible" method, but I heard you can feel the mags are stronger than the old ones by simply holding a screwdriver against the can.
