A 24-hour slot race competition done right in Italy.
Haven't been able to locate the full results from this race, but it looks like there were two teams from the US.
HERE's the info on the 2025 event, to be held May 31-June 1 in Naples.

That's interesting, May must be a 'thing' for NSR 24 hour races as We have one happening at Show Us Ya Slotz here in Australia in May 
It is limited to 6 x teams though
