Hi all,

I had a big lot of that track that I recently took out of storage. I started assembling a layout but ran into some difficulty. The metal rails were a little high where the track sections connect together. They are supposed to be flush. This prevents cars from going through. I'm not sure why this had happened. Has this happened to you?

You are really for a specific issue with track that is 60 years old.

If on FB, I would suggest the below group.

Have you tried pushing the ends down with an appropriate size chunk of metal and wick in some crazy glue to hold it in place?
