NERR SEASON 12 ENDURO and AWARDS BANQUET

      May 17, 2025 - Green Flag at 8:30 a.m.

      Modelville Hobby

      Ashland, MA

 

     

Racing will be in the IROC format:

      Racing will be on the middle 6 lanes on both the King and the Royal, running the King first

      NERR will supply six cars (one per lane), ready to run, including motor, tires, body, gearing, etc.

          (we have 8 chassis, thus 2 spares will be available for any breakdowns)

      All cars will run brushless motors with the same gearing and tires.

Six Teams comprised of 3 drivers per team (18 drivers total)

      Drivers do not have to be NERR regulars to participate (or attend the Banquet)

      Each driver will drive the car assigned to each lane for 5 minutes – each team for 15 minutes

      Drivers will use their own controllers

      30 seconds will be allowed between driver changes

      2 minutes will be allowed for lane rotation

      Racing will be paused for any repairs required to maintain cars in a competitive condition

NERR will assign a captain for each team, remainder of team will be via random drawing

 

     

Schedule:

      Race begins at 8:30 a.m. - actual track powered-up race time is 3 hours

      Racing should end around 12:30 p.m.

      Banquet and Awards at the end of the race

      Festivities should be concluded by 2:30 p.m.

      Race fee: $35/per driver, pre-payment must be rec’d by the sign-up deadline, May 12^th!

      First 18 drivers to sign up will make the field

      If you’ve raced in any Season 12 NERR events, including the Enduro, you may attend the Banquet at no charge

      If attending the Banquet only, plan to arrive at by 12:30 p.m.

The track will be open at 7:00.

 

I will turn the tracks on then.

 

NERR will have to decide if you can use the IROC cars.
