Interesting. I never saw one of those. Might not have made it out to the suburbs. When I was real little, our next door neighbor worked for Seeburg, in their arcade and slot machine division. ( his first job was designing juke boxes )  He would bring machines home and set them up in their family room, and have the neighborhood kids come over and play on them for free. Cheap product testing, I would guess. They sure had a lot of different types of machines.

They are a big deal at the Museum of Science and Industry.

Been a long time since I have been there. And that was when I was working on the Museum and Santa Fe o-scale model railroad exhibit. I didn't have time to go wandering around to look at exhibits, but should have made time. Last time I was there just as a tourist, I came away with one of these.

I do have a blow molded steam locomotive that I don't remember where I got it. Could have come from the museum. Don't know where it is right now. I stopped by when they were moving the Santa Fe 2903 to Illinois Railway Museum, on a very cold winters day in 1995. But I didn't go into the museum.
