Just wondering why the SCCRA rules have been chosen for the Can-Am and F1 Retro races at Electric Dreams as opposed to the IRRA rules?
To the best of my knowledge most of the SoCal Retro racers have moved over to using the IRRA rules for those classes. I would think using the IRRA rules might help attendance, but of course you know your clientele best.

I'm guessing it's because they are running on a flat track with Falcon 7's and TSR D3's.

old GF still has the goods 
and we also get to run the anglewinder coupes
even at the big retro events, when on the flat tracks, scrra rule set applies

Hi Jay,
All Retro racing at ELECTRIC DREAMS Is managed by Mill Conroy and he can be reached anytime at 951-318-0060 regarding race format and rules.
At this time, we're primarily interested in getting cars that have been sitting idle for years, onto the track and into the hands of racers who might want to explorer -- then pursue this genre of racing.
Roughly a third of the retro cars racing this weekend are refurbished loaner cars.
