Quite a few apparently never came across the term "low center of gravity."
I also see axle failures. Nothing causes crashes better than dynamic wheel separation under load.

Yes, they do. There are celebrity judges that award points for style, imagination, and design. And points for where you finish by your course time. All added up to determine the winners.
