Never forget that first place goes to the racer with the MOST laps, not the racer with the FASTEST lap

I'm not surprised I screwed one up. Noose and Dennis were teching cars so quickly I had to run just to take three pics of each one.

A motor is only as fast as the chassis it's in.

Thanks for sharing those pics. Some nice chassis and paint jobs.
It is interesting to see those very light chassis like Mr Noose and Mr Samson. See that a lot at BPR.

United we stand and divided we fall, the Legends are complete.
I'm racing the best here at BP but Father time is much better then all of us united.
Not a snob in this hobby, after all it will be gone, if we keep on going like we do, and I have nothing to prove so I keep on posting because I have nothing to gain.
It's our duty to remember the past so we can have a future.
Pistol Pete you will always be in my memory.

Greg,There are a couple of cars missing, those of Jack Beers and Paul Pfeiffer. I've got the same car ID'd for both guys and I'll work with them to resolve the conflict and to post pics of the missing car.
Jack's car is the red Chevron, white stripes with red accents in the stripes. Lots of detail. He ran my second chassis. It's a little shorter version of the one I ran. The pan stops are identical to my other car. Hope this helps.
Cheers,

Mike,On which track do you run it at 102???
That car only works on the King - way too stiff for either of the other two!

Okay, then this must be Jack's car:Jack's car is the red Chevron, white stripes with red accents in the stripes. Lots of detail.
Jack Beers
So it's Paul Pfeiffer's car I missed. Dang, first time in ten races I've missed a car.
IIRC Paul got bounced by the Tech Nazi for an unapproved body. Dunno why I didn't get a pic when he came back through...

The one he did run is a chassis that I built for Jack about a year ago. It's actually the first Can-Am car that I built after getting back in to the retro thing. The second one I built is a sister to that one. Both of them are still about the best cars I have driven. Unfortunately by design, they are very vulnerable to damage from a wall shot.
Cheers,
Ken
