Thanks Rick !  Mine won't be an exact clone at all......seeing as how my body is different, wheels will be different, etc. etc.

But I plan to use many of the design features you have.

Questions:

-Are all wires .063, or ??

-What size is the spring wire for the front wheels ?

-What gear ratio/rear wheel OD did you use ?

-Is that 64 P or 48 P ?

Thanks :D

Hi Pablo,

Here's the info:

Questions:

-Are all wires .063, or ??

Yes, except for the plumber rails which are .055

-What size is the spring wire for the front wheels ?

.032

-What gear ratio/rear wheel OD did you use ?

The original chassis was setup for 3/4 fronts and 7/8 rears with 1/16 track clearance. Mine is the same.

-Is that 64 P or 48 P ?

Whenever it's period "Korrect" to do so, I use 64P gears. Specifically, vintage Fass with a modern Sonic pinion. This car is NCC20 powered and it's geared 10/45.

Thanks again, Rick, for showing this build, no way I could have done a chassis like this without it :clapping:  My version is going in the tumbler tonight......

Bob, Owl Chump (Al Chuck) is a member on here & OWH. Send him a PM and ask. He's never been a loss for words. :)
