Real nice Ford Galaxie with a cool Jairus chassis and beautifully painted by Chris Coller.

Goodness gracious that's a beautiful car! The view of the bottom is almost as nice as the views of the top, and the way the body sits on the chassis and the tires fill the wheelwells just looks b-b-bad to the bone.

Beautiful build, Chris. Everyone came together on that one and brought back some history.

Those were the great days of NASCAR....when they actually looked like cars.

Chris,

:good: :good: :good: :good: :good:

To borrow a part of a phrase from an old tobacco ad "over, under, around and through", that Ford is AWESOME! The paint/decal job is sweet :dance3:

The chassis is inspiring and that "big 'ol honkin" 36D looks right at home in it. You'd almost expect "Gentleman Ned" to come crawling out of the car. This is truly a beautiful blend of 1960's slot cars and NASCAR.

I raced in a Nascar class in 1965 & 66 on a 115' track and we had hard body cars powered by 36D's, but none of them ever looked this nice.

Good show! :clapping:

Months after I first saw this post, I still come back to look at it. Everything about this car is way past the scale!
