1/24 Revell Porsche RS60 - I did lower this car and made some small changes to the body. I also added some etched parts. Completely made-up livery. Light car for a hard body. Wider wheels for the back.

Awesome hard body. I never tire of these. I like the way the rear rims have the same bevel as the fronts.

Am I losing my mind or do both lead wires go to one motor terminal? Is that some kind of repro motor? Looks more like a 13UO. It appears to have a cad type finish. It could just be I need new glasses.

Now hang a slab of brass under the aluminum and it will handle like a dream.

Another great one!

They make a full size kit car and a few years ago at Knot's Berry Farm the car show featured several. One had a fairly serious Porsche six-cylinder in it, yeeeee haw!

I really like how your version looks; it would be a great modification to the full-size version.

Hi,

Thinking about it, that Johnson motor doesn't have the "stuff" to haul a brass handling pan!

Chris, I admire your craftsmanship! Awesome looking car!

It´s even eco-friendly!!! At least the red dot on the number plate indicates that it recently passed the German exhaust-emission check. :good:

Best,

Martin

I'm very impressed with the Porsche. My "big car" hobby are the early '70s Porsches so it's fun to see the classics done well. I'm particulary fond of the German race cars from the '50s and '60s and your #60 RS represents very well.

Very well done, Chris!
