The JK Spec race is being seeded in this manner: the fastest four qualifiers are being seeded into the Main. The next four fastest qualifiers are being seeded into the Semi. The next six racer are being seeded into the A Consi. The remaining racers are being seeded into the B Consi. The top two from the B Consi will move up to the A Consi. The top two from from the A Consi will move up into the Semi. The top four from the Semi will moce up to the Main.

B Consi Results

1) Ron Van Wagnen - 256 laps, best lap of 5.088 secs in orange lane
2) Guillermo Suar - 253, 5.215 in white
3) Eddie Dziewior - 230, 5.423 in green
4) Bill Fulmer - 228, 5.663 in green
5) Eric Balicki - 228, 5.390 in green
6) Keith Brown - 214, 5.510 in green
7) Ken Barry - 208, 6.300 in blue
8) Larry Kelley - 194, 5.298 in blue

Ron Van Wagnen and Guillermo Suar will move up to the A Consi.

Well, I originally had the move-up scheme wrong in the first post, but have now corrected it (unless I still don't correctly understand it... LOL!!).

A Consi Results

1) Ron Van Wagnen - 259 laps, best lap of 5.058 in blue
2) Bernie Schatz - 258, 5.083 in blue
3) Guillermo Suar - 250, 5.273 in orange
4) Alan Buck - 249, 5.131 in green
5) Bill Worden - 248, 5.097 in green
6) Kirk Galasso - 228, 5.171 in orange
7) Ezra Vosburgh - 218, 5.236 in blue
8) Gary Adams - 110, 5.207 in orange (car was pulled mid-race)

Ron Van Wagnen and Bernie Schatz will move up to the Semi.

If you don't think retro racing is close, take a look at the Semi results!!

I don't personally know, nor have I met Mr Ursaner, but I love the fact that guys that helped start this sport are still around and doing well. Congrats Howie! You are a legend!

My heavy (120+ grams) car had a trans failure. 1st time a loose spur gear screw, and then I had to stop and change the gear - friction mesh does not cut it. started with 8/28, put in 8/27. Looks like the fast guys have 8/26. On to set-up the GT-C car for the King.....

Ron, it was great racing with you and seeing you again this year!

Yeah... so I got the only F7 that blew. It's a Noose thing. :laugh2: We tore it apart and I got my jibes in to Jerry who was there.. all in good humor. The others I had were fine. Ron ran one heck of a lot of races on his.
