Today turn out to be a pretty good day even with the previous days dumping of snow upon us, that I'm sure alot of us were worried would affect attendance. We had 24 racers brave the weather giving us 75 entries in our 4 classes. Food oh god the food if I ate another meatball I would probably turn into one(I'm all ready round just not sauce covered ). Big thanks to the Pennsylvania Posse for again putting on a GREAT show. And without further ado the results from today.

Frank had no ride. All his racers were at work. I told him to ride that pig to the track they got for Christmas.

It was fun racing with everyone over there in Western PA.
It was a long 5 1/2 hour drive across through the bad weather, but well worth it. After racing over there with you all on Saturday I drove back to New Jersey for a Retro East race on Sunday, then back home to Eastern PA Sunday night. Lots of miles, lots of racing and lots of fun. A great weekend!
Thanks to Ron for the great hospitality and great food. I never went hungry from the minute I arrived on Friday afternoon, through to when I left Saturday night.
Thanks to everyone else for making me feel welcome jumping into the middle of your series. When I learnt that the track there was the old Mineral Ridge UK Black I had to come across to race, as out East all we ever seem to race retro cars on is banked tracks.
Thanks to Brian Cox for the loan of the Cheetah 11 for the Flexi race, I really needed that race to get in the groove and shake off some of the flat track cobwebs. Sorry to change your car around so much, but I hope it gives you some fresh ideas to work with
Tom and Jeff, it was fun racing wheel to wheel with you guys. You are both always tough, and I enjoyed the challenge of trying to be competitive with you both. Jeff, that run on red had to be one of the best pressure runs I have ever seen from anyone. An amazing 35 on red, you deserved that one, I gave it my all.
Thanks to R-Geo Rick for the great chassis. Since joining team R-Geo I've seen a lot of rapid development in a short time and now with the the arrival of the Samurai we really have some competitive chassis, along with the F1 and the new generation stockcars. As we've seen on ovals out here in the east, plus as we saw on Saturday, the new stockcars are really working on all kinds of ovals.
The amazing thing was I took the very same CanAm car, added some weight to get it to 110 grams and a coupe body and ran the car the next day on a fast and swoopy hillclimb in New Jersey. Pretty amazing that we can have such a versatile car
Chris.

Your very welcome Chris. That was a practice car not meant to be raced. I've always felt if you ride/drive something that doesn't handle and when you get the good stuff out you can really push it. After the adjustments that you made, it will be worth giving it a chance. Hell, you beat me with my practice car . And yes, the changes you made have given me some fresh ideas - "Always listen to your Elders" .
Hope to see ya again. It was a pleasure,
