Knott's has requested a head count as to how many will attend the dinner. The private room can seat from 40-60 people.
Let's see how responsive/responsible our D3 racers are (dont' worry I'm not holding my breath )
If you are going to join us for the post Can Am race dinner at Knott's, please respond here.
By the way, our out of state racers will be our guests (free dinner). We will also pay for our out of town racers from Santa Maria
and San Diego.
We don't have enough funds to pay for dinner for the rest of us, but the remaining sponsor funds should help pay for most of their dinner bill. I estimate the rest of us will pay around $5 to $10 (not bad for a $24.26 bill per person).
I need to get the head count no later than Friday.
Thanks for your help,
Keith
p.s.- if you've never had the chicken dinner at Knott's, it's very good. Here's the dinner menu:
Mixed green salad, Cherry Rhubarb, Mrs. Knott's Famous Golden Fried Chicken, homemade mashed potatoes and country gravy, Kernel corn, hot buttermilk biscuits and Knott's preserves, slice of Boysenberry pie, coffee, ice tea or Boysenberry punch.

In this bright future you can't forget your past.
BMW (Bob Marley and the Wailers)
United we stand and divided we fall, the Legends are complete.
I'm racing the best here at BP but Father time is much better then all of us united.
Not a snob in this hobby, after all it will be gone, if we keep on going like we do, and I have nothing to prove so I keep on posting because I have nothing to gain.
It's our duty to remember the past so we can have a future.
Pistol Pete you will always be in my memory.
