Are those front wheel wells cut out on the top of the body? If so, I'm assuming that is to match the real car(?).

Looks great, but your #3 Martini Porsche 917 is my favorite.
I frankly like the pre-1972 racing cars the most and especially the 1965-1971 cars more than any - but the Classic hardbody class is rather new in my country, so in order to participate in some racing I have to build newer cars as well.
However I do like the Grp.C and GT1 cars and also some of the older LMP cars as well :-)
My buddy Jan and I will race the no.3 "Hippie" Porsche 917 Langheck in november this year at the big 5 liter 1/24 race in Neumünster, Germany

The Northland club track in the link you posted is fabulous...
In fact, their entire clubroom looks great!
Easy to see why slot racing is so popular in Europe.
LM
